The Alpha One is the smallest pedal bike in the Prevelo lineup—purpose-built to help young riders transition confidently to pedaling. Its new compact drivetrain and low-slung aluminum frame make it easy to start, stop, and maneuver.

It features front and rear V-brakes, a narrow Q-factor crank, and a rear wheel with a freewheel. With the BALANCE-TEC™ kit, it can convert to a balance bike, extending its usefulness for new or hesitant riders.

Included short and long seat posts extend the saddle height range and allow the bike to adapt as your child grows.

Zoe D. ★★★★★

My four-year-old went from a balance bike to pedaling in about ten minutes. The compact drivetrain means his little legs actually reach the pedals without stretching, which was the whole problem with his old bike. Aluminum frame is light enough that he can pick it up himself when he tips over.

Brian ★★★★★

The low-slung frame made it so easy for my five-year-old to get on and off by himself. He was pedaling confidently within the first ten minutes.

Owen ★★★★☆

My kid went from a balance bike to pedaling in about ten minutes, which I didn't expect. The compact drivetrain means his little legs actually reach the pedals without the seat being slammed all the way down. Only gripe is the grips feel a bit slick when his hands sweat.
