The rear V-brake is what sold me, and my three-year-old figured out squeezing it within a week, which is way sooner than I expected. At 6.9 pounds it's light enough that she can pick it up herself when she tips over. Genuinely impressed with how well-sized the whole thing is for little hands.

My two-year-old can actually lift this thing himself, which means way less whining when he wants to move it around the driveway. The 6.9-pound aluminum frame makes a noticeable difference compared to the heavier hand-me-down he was using before.

The rear V-brake is a real quality touch—my son learned to stop safely much faster than I expected. The whole bike feels perfectly sized for a 2-year-old.
